Commercial Contracts Paralegal

Commercial contracts expertise meets global legal support at CoolIT, an Ecolab Company, in a hybrid environment with four office days weekly.
As Paralegal, you will support the Associate General Counsel for CoolIT’s Global High-Tech and Data Center business. The work covers commercial agreements, contract lifecycle coordination, legal research, and stakeholder collaboration. You will partner across Legal, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Insurance, and Research and Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, draft, and propose edits to commercial agreements
Coordinate contracts from intake through renewal and reporting
Maintain records, trackers, templates, playbooks, and approval documentation
Partner with stakeholders to gather information and track open items
Summarize legal and business research for counsel and stakeholders
Requirements:
Post-secondary diploma or degree in paralegal or related studies
Three or more years of relevant professional experience
Commercial contracts and confidentiality agreement experience
Legal research and document, deadline, and project management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Bring commercial contracting, legal research, and document management skills to CoolIT’s global high-technology legal team.
