Lead warehouse operations and inventory control as a Logistics Supervisor in Kimberley, Northern Cape, with hybrid on-site and remote planning flexibility. Manage people, shipments, and safety across a busy distribution hub.
This experienced Logistics Supervisor role oversees daily distribution operations at a major national network hub. You will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain accurate inventory levels. Strong leadership, WMS knowledge, and supply chain understanding are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise receiving, stocking, and dispatching operations
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff
Coordinate transport teams and shipment movements
Enforce warehouse safety procedures and protocols
Monitor inventory and conduct regular stocktakes
Requirements:
Minimum five years' warehouse or logistics supervision experience
Proven Warehouse Management Systems and inventory control experience
Understanding of supply chain and distribution operations
Leadership, communication, and team management skills
Knowledge of warehouse health and safety regulations
Bring warehouse leadership, WMS expertise, and inventory control skills to strengthen distribution operations throughout Kimberley and the province.
